|How do I cancel my account?|
You can cancel your account by emailing Chuck at email@example.com.
|How do I create an account?|
You can create an account by clicking the "Join the Conversation" button available on the StrengthofUs homepage. You will need to provide a display name, username, email address and password. Once you have registered this information, you will be sent a confirmation email to your email address. Click the link provided in this email and you will then be able to log into the StrengthofUs Web site using your username and password to access all the social networking features and resources!
|Why should I create an account?|
Although you can access the seven resource groups without creating an account, you will not be able to participate in the social networking components of StrengthofUs until you have registered.
The social networking components of the Web site include the ability to create a profile, write and view blogs, upload files, post pages, participate in discussion groups, message other users, connect with peers and much more.
|How do I sign into the Web site?|
After you have created an account, you can sign into the Web site by providing your username and password in the boxes available at the top right of the StrengthofUs homepage. After you sign into the Web site, you will be directed to the logged in version of StrengthofUs.
|What is the difference between a display name and a username?|
During the registration process, you will be asked to provide a display name and a username. The display name is what will be displayed on your profile and next to any content you post on the Web site. If you would like to remain anonymous on the site, you should choose a display name that does not give away any information about your identity.
Your username is the name you will use to log into the Web site, along with your password.
|What if I don't receive a confirmation email?|
If you don't receive a confirmation email after you have registered for StrengthofUs, check your spam or junk folder to ensure the confirmation email was not sent there. Additionally, sometimes the confirmation email can take up to 20 minutes to arrive.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 20 minutes and you have checked your junk and spam folders, please contact the Webmaster.
