When something Negitive happens, does worrying help?

When something happens unexpected,  does it help to dwell on the Negitive?

Think of something positive that may come of This Incident.....  Or make the best of a bad situation.  Just Think....  what can I do now from here.....

Being negitive won't make the situation better will it?

Think.... So what can I do from here.... Do something to make improve the thing that happen,  stay positive and move on from there.  Negitivity is kind of a Virus.  We don't want any more Viruses in our head.  All the negitive self image about ourselves, the negitive talk and being Negitive and Critical about ourselves when something goes wrong.

Is that helping us?????????  I don't have to answer that....  I'm sure you know the answer. 

Bottom line.  Tip for today....

A Negitive Mind Set is not helping or healthy.  If something happens that didn't work out.....  "Think To Yourself"  can I make it better doing something?   If Not,  try to find something positive to do.  or find something positive that comes from this.....

Try to Be More Positive....   I know it's very hard, but I have found it to work very well, especially in something that went wrong.  We are NoT Perfect... We shouldn't judge ourselves so harshly...  We are humans, not perfect Robots.

We can make mistakes and others shouldn't judge us.  They aren't perfect either.  Only one person has been......

Long advice today  And  I hope it helps you .....  Just hearing it doesn't help.

Putting it to practice is the Key To It Working in your Life.

Try it next time....  and meditate if you get stressed or mad... Meditate on Nature or a flower or something you can concentrate on and breath and calm down.   Then try to find something you can do to make the situation better.   It you can't make it better,  try to find something positive about what might happen from that experience.  Or what you can do next time to avoid this happening again.  

Better Preparation,  Leave Earlier, Getting up earlier,  Not sceduling an appointment that early in the future.  Learn from your mistakes.
